Then I am very sorry. I thought you meant you were embarrassed by the quality of stock displayed in my profile. I did take a look at yours anyhow, and it is very lovely! You're very creative with your textures. I have no such creativity.
I tend not to take images that are really suitable for stock. I'm happy to give my things a CC license if they might be useful or if they are attempts to capture generic images or subjects people might like. I seem to have had a lot of luck with my robins for some reason. I thought your stock was generously well produced and featured many useful subjects. The thing is, I visited a work by someone else and left a link to work I'd done on the same theme with no comment. A friend of the artist sent me four consecutive comments decrying this behavious as rude and equivalent to spamming. I thought to avoid this mistake by leaving a comment but no link, otherwise I would have linked to my own stock folder. I detest exploitative spamming but like the idea of letting artists see other work that might compare with theirs.
What happens to my own stock when I use it often ends up in the 'Abstractions' or 'SF Fantasy' folders. This is the SF folder [link] .
